An outdated iOS may interfere with CheckpointID's app performance.
Follow these steps to make sure your iOS is updated:
- To check if your app is up to date, go to Settings > General > Software Update
- If you are online AND your iOS is up to date, BUT CheckpointID still appears offline, contact our support team and we'll reach out to you to solve the problem!
- If your iOS is not up to date, there should be a red notification dot with a number "1" in it. Press the option and choose Download and Install to update the iPad (you may have to keep the iPad plugged in to complete this step).
