If you are experiencing issues with your own device, ensure your iPads iOS and CheckpointID app is up to date!
If you are using a CheckpointID-issued iPad - please follow these steps:
Go to: Settings > General > Software Update > Install Now (Note: your iPad will need to be connected to Wi-Fi and possibly plugged in.)

If the iPad is not able to download the iOS, there is likely a problem with your internet connection. Seeing the WiFi signal near the top of the iPad does not necessarily mean you are online with a good signal. Make sure you are fully connected to the internet (try loading a webpage in Safari) and try again!
